Twelve-year-old Anthony is a tough and rather troubled boy. He distances himself from the others at the Earth Settlement. But he has found an Oasis from his anger and loneliness with the tiny Lizard man he caught. The lizard being from a race that values family is very sympathetic toward the giant earth boy. And a rather close and special relationship has blossomed.
