The Micron traffic helicopter announced a delay in travel time as a colossal earth boy from the settlement entered the city. The Sky Watch helicopter took a chance flying so close to the gargantuan boy. In other Micron cities earth boys had been known to reach out and grab the helicopter to bring it and crew back with them as toys and collectables.
